Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back in their original Lucchese packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
